Deep clean for a new home in Irvine
A deep clean before you settle in, top to bottom, while the rooms are still empty. Quotes come after a call about the home.
Chapter 01
Why an empty house is the moment
Before the boxes come in, every surface in the house can be reached. The shelves inside the cabinets, the closet floors, the tracks under the sliding doors, the back corners of the pantry. A week after the move those spots are behind furniture and stacked cartons, and nobody is going to pull them out to wipe underneath.
That is why a deep clean for a new home is its own job and not a longer version of a regular visit. Previous owners and previous tenants leave things behind that you only notice once you live there: a film inside the drawers, dust packed along the baseboards, a stove top nobody has lifted in years. Astrid F.M. had exactly this in mind when she wrote, “We needed a deep clean for our new home.”
If you are moving into a house or condo in Irvine or elsewhere in Orange County, call (714) 296-6018 and tell us it is going to be empty. That one fact changes how the work is planned.

Top to bottom, with nothing left out
In an empty home the order of work is simple, and it is worth keeping. Start high: light fixtures, window sills, the tops of door frames. Then the insides of cabinets and drawers, the closets, and the kitchen. Bathrooms follow, fixtures first and then tile and tub. Baseboards come after everything above them, and the floors are always last, so nothing that falls during the day is left on a clean floor.
An empty room also makes it easy to see what has been missed, which is the whole point of doing the job at this stage. Astrid’s review says the team “cleaned from top to bottom” and that “no single detail was left out.” She ended it with “Thank you Lauro and team”, which is about as direct as a customer can be about who did the work.
Bare floors get their full attention too. With no furniture to work around, the edges and corners where the floor meets the wall can be done properly, all the way along, instead of stopping where a couch used to sit.
Chapter 03
Scheduling it around the move
The best slot is after the old occupants are out and before your moving truck pulls up. If the dates are tight, say so on the first call and we will see what the calendar allows. A day or two of gap between the clean and the move is plenty, because the house stays clean while it is empty.
We will also need to know how you want to handle access. Whether you will meet the team at the door, leave a key with someone, or arrange another way in is something to settle when you book, so nobody is waiting on a porch.
Prices are not posted, because a one-bedroom condo and a five-bedroom house are very different jobs. Call (714) 296-6018 with the size of the home and the move date, and you will get a quote after the call. Mondays through Fridays we answer from 8 AM to 7 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 6 PM.
